This research proposal is focussed on studying analytic properties of L-functions. In recent years, there has been a lot of development in the study of zeros and extreme values of L-functions.
The analytic behaviour of L-functions helps in understanding the distribution of primes. It is also related to several deep conjectures in mathematics like the existence of Landau-Siegel zeros.

We plan to extend this study to several families of L-functions and investigate their arithmetic consequences.
