STRUCT-DECOY: Deciphering the Immunological Noise of Simultaneous Neoantigens in High-TMB Tumors.

Short Description of the Research Project:

Cancer is a master of disguise. Highly mutated tumors often resist immunotherapy by deploying "structural decoys": 3D genetic mimics that trick the immune system into ignoring them. STRUCT-DECOY moves beyond simply counting mutations to mapping this 3D camouflage using advanced computational biophysics. By cutting through this immunological noise, we aim to accurately predict treatment success, design smarter therapies, and save lives.
